Refunds & Returns Policy

Ready-to-ship (non-custom) physical items
- To ensure each request is handled fairly and efficiently, all returns and refund requests must be reviewed and approved by Odom Collective LLC before items are sent back. Please do not ship items to us without prior authorization. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection (typically within 5 business days).
Custom / made-to-order items (woodworking + custom crochet)
- Custom items are made to your specifications and are generally non-returnable.
- If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.
- Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun. This will be stated on your quote/invoice.
Baked goods (perishable)
- All baked goods are generally final sale due to their perishable nature.
- If there is a quality issue, contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery with photos so we can offer a replacement or store credit when appropriate.
Cancellations
- Ready-to-ship items: cancellations are allowed within 2 hours of purchase if the order has not shipped.
- Custom orders: cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of written approval; after that, materials/labor may make the order partially or fully non-refundable.
- Baked goods: cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery time.
