Shipping areas

We currently ship within United States. If we do not ship to your location, you’ll be notified at checkout.

Processing times

• Ready-to-ship items: typically ship within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order woodworking & custom crochet: typical lead time 3-4 weeks (confirmed at checkout or in your quote).

Shipping rates & carriers

• Rates are shown at checkout (USD).
• We ship via USPS, FedEx, or UPS and provide tracking when available.

Damages

If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Local pickup / baked goods

• Baked goods: local pickup by appointment on scheduled dates in Mountain House CA.
• Local delivery: available in the Tracy/Manteca area for a fee shown at checkout (when offered).
